Boasting the highest Stagger Damage of all weapons in Mortal Shell 2, this weapon can interrupt nearly every enemy in just a single swing. While you cannot find it until later in the game, it is also the only weapon that can inflict Trauma, making it ideal for Builds that revolve around Break Damage.

Forge Upgrades

You can upgrade weapons and sidearms at the Tarforge with Franz in Marrow Keep. Each upgrade raises the forge level by 1 and increases damage.

Feed Endless Core to the Tarforge to remove the +20 cap and keep upgrading through +25.

This weapon starts at +3 when you find it. The first upgrade you pay for is +4.
